The consensus is that Mr. 100 is a sovereign wealth fund from a country in the Middle East (Qatar or Saudi Arabia are often suggested) or an Asian pension fund. We are all tracking that wallet, seeing the almost daily stacking, and buying the dip from Mr. 100.
